This role requires someone who is organized and methodical, who has very strong data analysis, Application review, and audit experience. What you’ll get to do <ul> <li>Conduct audits of business applications to ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and best practices.</li> <li>Ensure application access is on a need-to-have basis.</li> <li>Segregation of roles and privileged user activity review.</li> <li>Perform application security reviews, confirming authentication, authorization, input validation, and encryption controls.</li> <li>Review of Change Management Process.</li> <li>Collaborate with development teams to identify and remediate security vulnerabilities.</li> <li>Review of software development lifecycle (SDLC).</li> <li>Participate in process reviews/redesigns as well as systems upgrades/implementation to ensure that appropriate system controls considerations are effectively taken on board and implemented.</li> <li>Assess the adequacy of security and controls built into the bank’s IT Applications</li> <li>Perform other duties as assigned by the Head, IT Audit</li> <li>Render technical support to other teams in Internal Audit as required</li> <li>Participates in the other regular audits in the IT Audit Plan as assigned by the Head, IT Audit.</li> </ul> To succeed in this role, you should have experience in <ul> <li>MySQL Database Audit</li> <li>Postgres Database AuditAudit Command Language (ACL)</li> <li>Business Objects (BO)</li> <li>Microsoft Office tools</li> <li>Software Development Lifecycle.</li> <li>Basic knowledge of risk management procedures, internal audit processes and regulatory compliance requirements</li> <li>MySQL/Postgres Scripting</li> <li>Driven and analytical skills</li> <li>Has experience working with or providing data insights to senior management</li> <li>Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering.</li> <li>Certifications in one or more of the following will be an added advantage - CISA, ACA, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, MICROSOFT certifications, ORACLE, etc.</li> <li>Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive data analysis and leadership experience in the financial services industry or in a Consulting Firm.</li> </ul> What we can offer you <ul> <li>Culture -We put our people first and prioritize the well-being of every team member.
