Make It With Pride.Together with the Sr. Manager Sales Intelligence you will oversee MDLZ omni performance management to optimize sales operations, identify revenue opportunities and help shape channel strategy.***This role can be fully remote from anywhere in the USA***How you will contributeYou will: <ul><li>Support Data Management &amp; Integration by helping streamline data sources for unified source of truth across channels and modalities (reporting management, retiring redundant systems, consolidation).</li><li>Extract, clean and transform data into actionable reports and data visualizations</li><li>Help ensure data quality and governance across multiple platforms</li><li>Support Performance Management by leading efforts to build, maintain and enhance internal performance tracking and accountability</li><li>Develop and maintain consistent reporting tools that will allow members to more easily access key KPI’s to drive their business.</li></ul><ul><li>Identify and articulate in-year upside opportunities across key channels/customers<ul><li>Provide support with Insights and Analysis by spearheading comprehensive analyses of customers and channels in partnership with customer I&amp;A</li><li>Partner with the Channel Strategy team in annual situation assessments to inform annual long-term commercial planning processes</li><li>Have the ability to lead strategic projects with our cross functional partners, acting as the point person for Sales</li><li>Review business process routines and provide recommendations on driving efficiencies</li><li>Act as an input into the broader portfolio/total business analyses as needed</li></ul></li></ul>What extra ingredients you will bring:<ul><li>Required Bachelor’s degree</li><li>Possesses strong conceptual and analytical skills with the ability to analyze large datasets and make actionable recommendations</li><li>In depth knowledge of MDLZ business acumen and processes is preferred</li><li>Technologically savvy with advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerBI and Tableau knowledge</li><li>Expertise within syndicated data platforms (Nielsen, Circana, Numerator, etc.) across POS and Shopper Panels</li><li>Excellent communication skills and able to drive effective discussions. Experience managing and influencing stakeholders, key customers and cross functional partners</li><li>Ability to lead strategic projects and comfortable dealing with ambiguity</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills</li></ul>The base salary range for this position is $106,300 to $146,200; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget.
