<h2>Job Description</h2>Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee the regional MarTech landscape from a tech standpoint, ensuring platform reliability, integration, and performance</li><li>Act as the technical point of contact for global digital marketing product rollouts and support</li><li>Collaborate with global product and engineering teams to align on architecture, deployment, and enhancements</li><li>Oversee System Integration Testing (SIT) execution, including test plan approval, defect management, and quality gate enforcement</li><li>Ensure IT Operations setup is fully implemented in partnership with Global Product Team, including monitoring, alerting, and support procedures</li><li>Manage technical issue resolution, documentation, and user enablement for regional stakeholders</li><li>Align on key data quality monitoring scope and process, implementing data quality metrics and automated validation checks</li><li>Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and knowledge base for the platform</li><li>Ensure platforms comply with security, privacy, and Responsible AI principles</li><li>Support implementation of new features or tools by coordinating across business and IT teams</li><li>Identify and manage technical debt with prioritized remediation plans</li><li>Direct interactions with Architecture, Application/Platform, and Technical Product teams to guide technology selections, favoring scalable and cost-effective solutions.</li></ul>Required Skills:<ul><li>5–7 years of experience in marketing technology, IT solution delivery, or digital platform support</li><li>Technical knowledge of CDPs, CRM, CMS, DAM, media platforms, and marketing data flows</li><li>Proven experience supporting or delivering regional or global digital products</li><li>Strong troubleshooting, integration, and communication skills</li><li>Experience working in cross-functional and multi-market environments</li><li>Familiarity with cloud environments (e.g., GCP, Azure), APIs, and data privacy practices preferred</li><li>Proven hands-on experience in architecting and deploying scalable cloud-based solutions for data processing, reporting, and analytics.</li><li>Proven skills in data integration techniques, ETL processes, and familiarity with APIs and web services for connecting disparate data sources in a secure and efficient manner.</li><li>Proven experience in leading technical teams and managing complex IT projects from conception through to implementation, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives</li><li>Eager to embrace new technologies, methodologies, and industry developments, with a commitment to lifelong learning and professional growth.</li><li>Strategic and analytical thinker, setting technical direction, prioritizing projects, and mobilizing teams to deliver innovative solutions.</li><li>Familiarity with GCPs analytics and machine learning services, including BigQuery, Dataflow, AI Platform.</li></ul><h2>Relocation Support Available? </h2>No Relocation support available<h2>Business Unit Summary</h2><h3>We value our talented employees, and whenever possible strive to help one of our associates grow professionally before recruiting new talent to our open positions.
