In this role, you will leverage your creativity &amp; technical foundation to lead product development for the Ritz Bits brand in the North American market.How you will contributeWith the support and guidance of a manager, you will organize and execute projects in line with R&amp;D, marketing and manufacturing requirements, effectively communicating status and risks. You will plan and conduct development activities (e.g. partnering with suppliers, product shelf-life testing, designing for quality, consumer test preparation etc.) and benchtop, pilot plant and factory trials in accordance with good manufacturing practices/HACCP requirements.
