This role is pivotal in orchestrating PI Planning, streamlining dependencies, and ensuring alignment across engineering, product, and business stakeholders. Your Role: <ul> <li>Lead and coach Scrum Masters and teams to deliver on PI objectives with measurable impact.</li> <li>Optimize the flow of value across the ART using Kanban, dashboards, and other information radiators.</li> <li>Own ART ceremonies: PI Planning, ART syncs, Inspect &amp; Adapt, and System Demos.</li> <li>Translate Team PI Objectives into Program PI Objectives and ensure visibility across the organization.</li> <li>Drive cross-team alignment with Product Management, Solution Management, and Architecture to maintain execution–strategy fit.</li> <li>Manage and escalate risks, dependencies, and impediments to keep delivery on track.</li> <li>Facilitate collaboration across distributed teams, ensuring smooth coordination and communication.</li> <li>Guide adoption of DevOps practices, Release on Demand, and Lean UX across the value stream.</li> <li>Implement metrics and reporting that measure ART health, predictability, and throughput.</li> <li>Champion Agile practices and continuous improvement, raising the ART’s agility maturity.</li> <li>Partner with leadership to shape roadmaps, capacity planning, and resource allocation.</li> <li>Act as a thought leader and mentor, helping to evolve the Program Management and Agile practices within ModMed.</li> </ul> Skills &amp; Requirements: <ul> <li>Bachelor’s in Computer Science, MIS, or related field.</li> <li>7+ years as a Program Manager, RTE, or Delivery Lead with direct experience leading large-scale agile programs.</li> <li>Advanced knowledge of SAFe; SAFe RTE, SASM, or Leading SAFe certifications strongly preferred.</li> <li>Proven success coaching agile teams, scaling frameworks, and driving enterprise transformation.</li> <li>Strong technical grounding in software development and IT delivery environments.</li> <li>Hands-on expertise with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar ALM tools; experience building value-stream metrics and dashboards.</li> <li>Ability to influence at all levels (teams to ELT), resolve complex dependencies, and align execution with business outcomes.</li> <li>Exceptional skills in facilitation, problem solving, communication, and stakeholder management.</li> </ul> Please note: This role is based at our HQ in Boca Raton, FL.
