Additionally, this role is responsible for developing and executing Client Advisor Assessments, monitoring Client Advisor performance through audits, and developing comprehensive team training programs to ensure high performance, efficiency, and client retention across various verticals, including the creation of video training content.  Your Role: <ul> <li>Onboarding: Supports client advisor onboarding by ensuring consistent, high-quality experiences, refining the process, and conducting frequent check-ins with new hires.</li> <li>In-role Training: Develop and deploy in-role training on BOOST CS processes to upskill high-performing RCM and Account Management teams, leveraging self-created content or tools such as LinkedIn Learning.</li> <li>Auditing Performance: Responsible for monitoring Client Advisor performance through use of audits and customer feedback, identifying training needs. This role involves sharing both positive and constructive feedback with advisors and leaders, developing action plans for correction through in-role training on account management/soft skills and RCM processes.</li> <li>Client Advisor Assessments: Develop, execute, and monitor  Client Advisor Assessments.  This involves collaborating cross-departmentally to align assessments when similar assessments exist.
