The Procurement Specialist 2 collaborates with various internal teams to coordinate the procurement of software, telecommunication services, cloud services, and technology. The role involves reviewing, recommending, and amending legal terms within contracts and ensuring they meet project requirements. This position also requires staying informed about the latest developments in technology, industry regulations, and procurement best practices. PRIMARY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: <ul> <li>Collaborate and Coordinate Procurement: Assemble and coordinate the procurement of software, telecommunication services, cloud services, and technology, including associated licenses, contracts, and renewals, with various internal teams. </li> <li>Contract Execution and Review: Collaborate with appropriate finance, compliance, and legal experts in the execution of contracts, including Master Services Agreements, Software License Agreements, and Statements of Work. Evaluate contract requirements such as terms, auto-renewals, and fee schedules. </li> <li>Financial Analysis: Create financial data analysis, including ROI, NPV, savings tracking, and make vs. buy decision models.
