We are searching for a highly creative eLearning Developer to join our global Learning & Development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing on-demand eLearning content for our Enterprise Learning and Tech Academy programs. You would collaborate closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate complex information into visually appealing and easily digestible learning experiences. To make an immediate contribution to the team, ideal candidates will demonstrate relentless attention to detail, expertise in graphic design, technical proficiency in eLearning authoring tools, and enthusiasm for Generative AI as a content development partner.

Responsibilities:

Content Development :

  • Design and develop interactive eLearning modules, videos, and other digital learning resources.
  • Create visually appealing graphics, animations, and multimedia elements to enhance engagement.
  • Create SCORM-compliant courses and ensure usability in the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Ensure all content is accurate, consistent, and aligned with learning objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Develop all facilitator guides, storyboards, and scripts for eLearning modules and videos.
  • Leverage Generative AI tools to drive efficiency and maintain a high level of output. 
  • Maintain a library of eLearning assets and templates.

Video Production :

  • Record, edit, and produce high-quality instructional videos using tools like Camtasia and Vyond.
  • Incorporate animations, graphics, and other multimedia elements into videos to enhance engagement.

Collaboration and Communication :

  • Collaborate effectively with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), instructional designers, and other global stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and alignment with learning objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
  • Actively participate in project planning and provide regular updates on project progress.

Quality Assurance :

  • Conduct thorough reviews of eLearning content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and functionality.
  • Implement feedback from stakeholders and learners to continuously improve content quality.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve them promptly.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of corporate experience in eLearning content development.
  • Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, graphic design, multimedia, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with eLearning content development and design tools such as Articulate, Canva, and Vyond.
  • Excellent graphic design skills and a strong portfolio demonstrating visual design capabilities.
  • Experience in navigating an enterprise Learning Management System (LMS), preferably Docebo.
  • Experience using Slack and the Google Suite, including Docs, Slides, Sheets, and Forms. Gemini a plus.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills are a must-have.
  • Experience with cross-cultural collaboration and supporting global teams.
