As a TA Technical Sourcer youll be responsible for sourcing candidates, gathering market insights, and supporting our  hiring managers  and </span><span>recruitment team</span><span> to unsure we achieve our hiring goals.</span></div><div><br /></div><div><span>Our ideal candidate is a self-driven individual with exceptional sourcing skills, a passion for building talent pipelines, and finding the best candidates for our organization. We are looking for a team player with an ability to address challenges with creativity and analytical thinking, work independently, engage others, and see the big picture. </span><span> </span></div><h3>What will your job look like:</h3><ul><li>Creatively and proactively source top-notch candidates via multiple sourcing channels and maintain a strong talent pipeline.</li><li> Partner closely with hiring managers and recruiters to create scalable sourcing strategies and meet business goals.</li><li>Conduct market research, stay informed about industry trends,  talent landscapes and talent sourcing best practices.</li><li> Effectively engage potential candidates, support them through the recruitment process and provide an outstanding candidate experience.</li><li>Analyze data and provide insights to support sourcing efforts, strategy and processes.</li><li>Support diversity and inclusion initiatives by actively seeking diverse candidates and promoting an inclusive hiring process.</li><li>Take part and lead cross organizational sourcing initiative promoting candidate experience, diversity, employer brand and more.</li></ul><h3>All you need is:</h3><ul><li>4+ years of experience as a Technical Sourcer in the high-tech industry- a must!.</li><li>Bachelors degree in human resources or a related field</li><li>Proven experience in CV screening, sourcing candidates, reaching out, conducting phone interviews, analyzing data and collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers.</li><li>Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools, including Boolean search, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.</li><li>Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS), analyzing sourcing data and providing insights.</li><li>A collaborative team player with Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a positive mindset- we believe in low ego and high energy.</li><li>Results-oriented, proactive personality with an ability to thrive at a fast paced, changing environment.</li><li>Fluent English (speaking, writing, reading) - a must.</li></ul><div>**We have sites at Jerusalem, Tel- Aviv, Petach-Tikva , Ramat Gan and Haifa, and we work from the office 4 times a week.</div><div>This role is located in Ramat Gan.
