Based in Singapore, you will collaborate closely with our Enterprise Account Executives and Applied AI Engineering team to ensure successful implementation and integration of our products. Your technical expertise and strategic vision will be crucial in addressing the unique needs of the public sector and maximizing the value of our solutions.</span></div><div><br /></div><div><b>What You Will Do</b></div><div><br /></div><div><b>Pre-Sale &amp; Sales Activities:</b></div><div><span>- Conduct effective technical discovery to understand potential clients needs, challenges, and desired outcomes in collaboration with Account Executives.</span></div><div><span>- Contribute to identifying, qualifying, and disqualifying opportunities where Mistral solutions can unlock the most value for public sector clients.</span></div><div><span>- Collaborate with the sales team to progress deals and penetrate accounts, providing technical expertise and insights where necessary.</span></div><div><span>- Influence evaluation criteria and gain control of evaluations and the evaluation process.</span></div><div><span>- Create a strategic vision for the customer based on a deep understanding of their strategy, desired positive business outcomes, and required capabilities.</span></div><div><b>Product Implementation &amp; Integration:</b></div><div><span>- Guide and support public sector clients in deploying our text completion API into their infrastructure.</span></div><div><span>- Work closely with clients to fine-tune models according to their specific requirements.</span></div><div><span>- Assist clients in integrating our APIs into their front-end interfaces, ensuring a smooth user experience.</span></div><div><span>- Regularly liaise with the product and technical teams to relay feedback and suggest improvements.</span></div><div><b>Customer Success &amp; Support:</b></div><div><span>- Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure that the customer is maximizing the products potential.</span></div><div><span>- Provide post-deployment support, addressing any issues or challenges that arise promptly.</span></div><div><span>- Offer recommendations for product optimizations or new features based on customer feedback.</span></div><div><span>- Develop custom features for customers as needed.</span></div><div><br /></div><div><b>About You</b></div><div><br /></div><div><span>• Proven experience in a technical pre-sales or consulting role with a heavy emphasis on customer-facing interactions (e.g., Implementation Consultant, Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer).</span></div><div><span>• Strong Python development skills with a proven ability to integrate data from multiple sources. </span></div><div><span>• Experience with cloud architecture and deployment patterns for AI/ML solutions.</span></div><div><span>• Track record of managing complex implementation projects from discovery to delivery.</span></div><div><span>• Experience running solution design workshops and translating business requirements into technical specifications.</span></div><div><span>• Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience working with C-level executives.</span></div><div><span>• Outstanding presentation and communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for technical and business audiences.</span></div><div><span>• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields (or equivalent experience).</span></div><div><br /></div><div><span>Ideally you have:</span></div><div><span>• Experience in successful deployments of Generative AI or traditional machine learning solutions in enterprise environments, including prototyping and customization. </span></div><div><span>• Familiarity with deal qualification using MEDDPICC and/or value-based sales methodologies like Command of the Message.</span></div><div><br /></div><div><b>Benefits</b></div><div><br /></div><div>💰 Competitive cash salary and equity</div><div>🚑 Health Insurance</div><div>🥎 Sport : $90 for gym membership allowance</div><div>🥕 Food : $200 monthly allowance for meals (solution might evolve as we grow bigger)</div><div>🚴 Transportation : $120/month for public transport or Parking charges reimbursed </div>
