Youll play a critical role in mentoring our team, developing new strategies, and leading client relationships to deliver exceptional results. This role reports to the Senior Vice President of Digital Ads.</div><h3>In this role, you’ll</h3><ul><li><b>Lead our upper-funnel advertising strategy</b>: Build and execute brand-focused campaigns across display, programmatic, CTV, and social media that integrate with direct-to-donate efforts. Assist in ongoing development of reporting and analytics for full funnel campaigns.</li><li><b>Mentor and build the team</b>: Help scale our digital ads teams capabilities by mentoring junior staff, creating resources, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.</li><li><b>Drive client success</b>: Serve as a strategic leader for key client accounts, developing data-driven ad strategies, presenting performance results, and ensuring campaigns meet or exceed goals.</li><li><b>Contribute to business development</b>: Bring in new leads, expand work with existing clients, and actively participate in new business pitches and proposals.</li><li><b>Innovate our approach</b>: Stay ahead of industry trends and new technologies, using your expertise to inform our teams strategy and enhance our offerings.</li><li><b>Collaborate</b>: Collaborate across the ads team, account teams, writers, and production staff to deliver stellar results.</li></ul><h3>Must-have qualifications</h3><ul><li>A passion for making our world a better place;</li><li>At least 6 years of paid media, advertising operations, or paid social media optimization;</li><li>Experience with agency, nonprofit, or political work in digital advertising, fundraising, and marketing;</li><li>Experience managing client relationships;</li><li>Experience managing cross-functional project teams;</li><li>A deep understanding of full-funnel digital advertising, with proven success in top-of-funnel tactics that support direct-response goals;</li><li>Obsessive attention to detail and intense curiosity;</li><li>Excellent quantitative reasoning skills, proficiency using Excel, and ability to apply data to strategic decisions; </li><li>Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills;</li><li>Ability to work with various technology platforms;</li><li>Ability to juggle and multitask on multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.</li></ul><div>The salary floor for this role is $135,000 per year, commensurate with experience.</div><div><br /></div><div><b><u><span>Location</span></u></b></div><div>We are currently working remotely with no return to office date.
