This role is perfect for someone who has a strong nonprofit network, loves building relationships and understands how fundraising strategy works and what nonprofit leaders care about. You identify first and foremost as a problem-solver (as the best salespeople do), with expertise and honed intuition around clients’ acquisition and retention objectives. As the Director of Client Success you’ll partner closely with the existing Growth Team, including the Senior Vice President of Growth, to execute product sales strategies and build strong, lasting client relationships. We’re looking for someone eager to contribute to our mission, learn, grow, and make an impact every day.</span></div><h3>Successful candidates will be responsible for:</h3><ul><li>Tracking progress toward monthly and quarterly sales goals;</li><li>Leveraging their nonprofit network to introduce our products to organizations that need them most;</li><li>Working with the Finance Team to ensure the proper revenue tracking is set up and maintained;</li><li>Building and maintaining sales reporting structures;</li><li>Maintaining and growing their own book of business, primarily focused on the member-only client segment;Developing and scaling systems to ensure smooth execution, timely follow-through, and measurable growth;</li><li>Setting up structures to ensure clients get appropriately cadenced outreach to maximize sales;</li><li>Managing the implementation of new sales strategies, in collaboration with the SVP of Growth;</li><li>Presenting new products, exciting results, or other relevant product information to the Accounts Team to enable them to effectively sell to their strategic services clients;</li><li>Maintaining a resource library for both the Growth and Accounts Teams related to co-op products, in collaboration with the Marketing and Product Teams;</li><li>Serving as an ad hoc resource to the Accounts Team on sales-related questions;Collaborating with the Product Management Team to help with the development of new and existing products and implement improvements to the deliveries process;</li><li>Supporting the professional growth of colleagues via training and intentional mentorship;</li><li>Maintaining client satisfaction including managing relationships, delivering industry-leading results, and providing exceptional customer service; </li><li>Advising clients on industry best practices and emerging strategies; andSupporting business development efforts and participating in new business pitches.</li></ul><h3>Must-have qualifications: </h3><ul><li>5 or more years of in-house non-profit, campaign or agency experience in digital or direct mail communications, fundraising, and marketing for nonprofit or political organizations;</li><li>Experience managing cross-team projects with a variety of stakeholders;</li><li>Client management experience – ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients; </li><li>Experience in nonprofit fundraising strategy, with insight into what leadership teams prioritize, what motivates decision-makers, and how urgency drives results;</li><li>Ability to do outreach and relationship-building within their nonprofit network;</li><li>Ability to project manage against monthly goals to achieve revenue targets;</li><li>Excellent verbal, analytical, written, and presentation skills;</li><li>Experience with business development or sales;</li><li>Strong judgment and ability to simultaneously prioritize clients’ success and the business’s success;</li><li>Excellent organization skills, detail-oriented mindset, and ability to follow through; and</li><li>Passion for making our world a better place.</li></ul><h3>Nice-to-have qualifications:</h3><ul><li>Experience with integrated fundraising or direct mail fundraising;</li><li>Familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools.</li></ul><div><span>Salary range for this role is $90,000 to $110,000 per year, depending on experience.</span></div><div><br /></div><div><u><b>Location</b></u></div><div><span>We are currently working remotely with no return to office date.
