If you have strong writing and analytical skills, are an expert multitasker, and are eager to add to your skills in a collaborative, energetic work environment that’s fighting for social good, this job is for you!</div><h3>Successful candidates will be responsible for:</h3><ul><li>Contributing to new donor growth for our nonprofit and political clients by developing prospective donor target audience for direct mail campaigns; </li><li>Building and maintaining relationships with the client accounts in your portfolio;</li><li>Assisting with statistical analysis of the performance of mailings, the development of creative list strategies, and developing overall client fundraising plans; </li><li>Building and maintaining relationships with data services companies and list and data vendors to generate donor lists;</li><li>Assisting internal teams with statistical analysis to determine the performance of direct mail campaigns; </li><li>Collaborating on the development of creative donor list strategies; </li><li>Ability to contribute to strategic thinking and develop understanding of how merge intelligence can impact the records kept; and</li><li>Assisting in the development of overall client fundraising plans and goals. </li></ul><h3>Must-have qualifications:</h3><ul><li>2-3 years experience with direct mail statistics and/or nonprofit fundraising strategies; </li><li>Comfort owning client correspondence and providing precise written instructions to multiple stakeholders, including data services companies and vendors; </li><li>Experience analyzing multiple sets of data;</li><li>Ability to juggle multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment;</li><li>Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills;</li><li>Experience with excel, including pivot tables and lookups;</li><li>Passion for making the world a better place. </li></ul><h3>Nice-to-have qualifications:</h3><ul><li>Familiarity with merge processing and data priority selections as it relates to merge strategies.</li></ul><div>Salary for this role is $64,000 per year.</div><div><br /></div><div><i>This position is included in a union-represented collective bargaining unit, and specific employment terms and conditions are subject to collective bargaining.</i></div><div><br /></div><div><span><b><u>Location</u></b></span></div><div>We are currently working remotely with no return to office date.
