The official title for this role upon hire will be Account Representative. If you have strong writing and analytical skills, are an expert multitasker, can support teams effectively and want to put your stamp on creative campaigns that mobilize resources for social good, this job is for you!</div><div><br /></div><h3>Successful candidates will be responsible for:</h3><ul><li>Supporting in achieving clients’ fundraising and engagement goals;</li><li>Providing top-quality customer service to clients, including attending client meetings;</li><li>Reviewing direct mail pieces and other work products throughout the lifecycle of a project to ensure quality;</li><li>Working with the data team to assist in managing resources and project timelines and analyzing list acquisition data for new prospecting opportunities</li><li>Day-to-day contribution to client relationships and satisfaction.</li><li>Managing the basic production process;</li><li>Providing timely and accurate responses to client requests (including but not limited to: meeting recaps, procedural requests and copy);</li><li>Working to develop marketing objectives into comprehensive tactical implementation project management;</li><li>Assisting in the creative process by contributing to brainstorming, conducting research, and scheduling kickoff meetings; and</li><li>Understanding basic statistical measures including testing reports, stats, and budget projections.</li></ul><h3>Must-have qualifications:</h3><ul><li>One to three years of general work experience, including past internships and part-time work;</li><li>Passion for good causes, whether nonprofit, candidate, or other;</li><li>Excellent quantitative reasoning skills and ability to apply data to strategic decisions;</li><li>Strong attention to detail, particularly with writing and editing;</li><li>Ability to juggle and multitask on multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment;</li><li>Willingness to take initiative and use good judgment to resolve issues; and</li><li>Ability to collaborate on a team both internally and externally.</li></ul><h3>Nice-to-have qualifications:</h3><ul><li>Experience with a nonprofit, political organization, political campaign,  or interactive marketing company is strongly preferred;</li><li>Background in direct mail communications, fundraising and/or marketing is particularly appreciated but not required;</li><li>Understanding of direct mail production processes; and</li><li>Client management experience is a plus.</li></ul><div><b>Salary for this role is $55,000 per year.</b></div><div><br /></div><div>This position is included in a union-represented collective bargaining unit, and specific employment terms and conditions are subject to collective bargaining.</div><div><br /></div><div>Please note: when hired, the official title of this role will be Account Representative.</div><div><br /></div><div><b><u>Location</u></b></div><div>We are currently working remotely with no return to office date.
