Minute Media is seeking a seasoned Vice President of Marketing to define and lead the strategic direction of our B2B marketing function, driving awareness, adoption, and revenue for our proprietary technology solutions including our Online Video Platform (OVP) and Supply Side Platform (SSP). This is a high-impact leadership role ideal for a seasoned marketing leader with deep expertise in advertising and publisher technology.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy that integrates product marketing and GTM planning to Minute Media’s technology platform expansion and revenue growth.
- Craft compelling, differentiated product positioning and messaging that articulates business value, resonates with decision-makers, and clearly addresses market needs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Business Development, and Customer Success to ensure the successful launch of new products and competitive positioning of existing products.
- Lead the creation of campaign content including product decks, case studies, and educational materials to empower sales teams and support client decision-making.
- Deliver market and audience insights to inform product roadmaps and positioning strategies, to keep the platform ahead of shifting trends in the video, publishing, and advertising landscapes.
- Participate in high-stakes client engagements and key industry events, articulating complex technical capabilities in compelling, client-friendly terms.
- Build integrated programs across digital, content, events, and partner channels enhancing Minute Media’s credibility and voice in the ecosystem.
- Mentor and guide cross-functional partners and junior marketers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence.
- 10+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, with 5+ in advertising, video, or publisher technology.
- Deep understanding of digital publishing and advertising ecosystems, including OVPs, SSPs, DSPs, CTV, identity, and measurement.
- Proven success launching and commercializing enterprise-level, platform-based or monetization-focused products.
- Excellent storytelling, writing, and communication skills across technical and executive audiences.
- Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional, fast-paced environments and experience mentoring teams.
- Analytical and insight-driven; strong operational focus and fluency with marketing performance metrics.
Nice to Have:
- Background in working directly with digital publishers or media platforms.
- Experience contributing to industry initiatives via IAB, Prebid, or similar groups.
- Strong portfolio of thought leadership content and GTM campaign success stories.
The expected salary range for this position is between $160,000 and $200,000. Actual pay will be determined based on skills, experience, and location. This position is also eligible for performance-based compensation.
