<div>We are looking to welcome a Senior Software Engineer to a group of innovative, energetic and diverse engineers on the Copilot team. You will work closely across disciplines to help create and enhance model powered capabilities (as new Reasoning models are developed) and enable Copilot to be an awesome end-end experience across all Desktop and Mobile canvases for Text, Image, Audio and other multi modal formats. You will be responsible for building scalable and performant backend services to implement and deliver cutting-edge features. This involves defining the architecture, implementation plan, ensuring everything is tested and robust, and improving processes to contribute to our best practices. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.
