Business Support Controller- - - - - - - - - - - -MISSION :As a Business Support Controller, you will play an important role in supporting business entities, especially Business Partner Controllers (BPCs), in their management assistance mission.You’ll be a key contributor to driving operational efficiency and financial insightKEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS<ul><li>Collect and analyze data to identify non-compliant areas and propose actionable improvements that enhance business performance.</li><li>Ensure data quality, assumptions, and operating procedures. Conduct thorough testing of IS/IT applications before changes are implemented.</li><li>Provide first-level analysis of raw material and manufacturing cost variances, highlighting key gaps from reforecast. Support deeper variance analysis upon request from BPCs.</li><li>Apply Group-standard formats, tools, and processes to ensure consistency and effectiveness in analysis. Demonstrate interest and curiosity to understand the business in order to ensure the consistency of the analysis provided.</li><li>Prepare essential data and templates for active reforecasting and annual planning.</li><li>Coordinate and circulate the schedule of operations necessary for monitoring, reforecasting and the Annual Plan, and ensures that they are carried out.</li><li>Promote the standardization of methods and procedures. Ensure the good level of support to the entities you will work for and ensure that progresses are on track and aligned with the plan adopted in CESP.</li><li>Fulfill the obligations of Service Level Agreement (SLA/OLA)</li></ul>Experience:  A first experience in a finance, controlling, or data analysis role is preferred.
