We are looking for a seasoned and visionary Director of Go-To-Market Solutions to lead the strategic evolution of our technical and solution architecture function within the hospitality industry. This role is pivotal in aligning our platform and services to the complex needs of hotel brands, owners, and operators, ensuring our solutions enhance operational efficiency, guest experience, and revenue generation. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will shape how our products and capabilities are positioned in the market, lead a team of Solution Architects and Technical Account Managers, and drive strategic customer engagement across our global hotel portfolio.

- Set the long-term direction for how our technical solutions and services both support and enhance the commercial strategy in the hotel industry.
- Partner with executive stakeholders across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to align technical GTM initiatives with business growth goals.
- Drive solution innovation to support emerging trends in hospitality, such as personalization, automation, and a unified guest experience.
- Architect the go-to-market approach for complex, multi-property, or brand-wide opportunitiesâbalancing customization with scalability.
- Lead technical value storytelling for hospitality stakeholders including owners, asset managers, and brand executives.
- Guide the team in building competitive solution frameworks, value propositions, and reference solutions aligned to industry pain points.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to key customers and industry partners, ensuring our technology meets evolving market needs.
- Stay ahead of hotel tech trends, from PMS integrations to AI, and contactless guest solutions, and ensure our offerings reflect those advancements.
- Represent the company at industry events, strategic customer briefings, and executive roundtables.
- Build and mentor a world-class team of Solution Architects and Technical Account Managers with strong hospitality acumen.
- Develop scalable frameworks and knowledge assets to enable consistent delivery of value-driven solutions globally.
- Champion a culture of collaboration, curiosity, and customer-centric innovation.
- Align technical GTM activities with budget and resource planning; optimize ROI on strategic Solutions initiatives.
- Establish performance benchmarks and success metrics to evaluate impact and inform continuous improvement.
- Identify strategic roadmap opportunities that enhance our market positioning.
đ€ïž Youâll be a great fit if you bring a few of the below with you:
Experience:
- 10+ years in enterprise or SaaS technology roles, with at least 5 years in strategic leadership positions interfacing with hospitality clients.
- Demonstrated success leading pre-sales or solution organizations in B2B2C settings, ideally within hotel technology ecosystems (e.g., PMS, CRS, RMS, guest experience platforms).
- Deep understanding of hospitality technology infrastructure, procurement cycles, and decision-making dynamics.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders, including C-level hotel executives.
- Proven ability to think strategically and build repeatable, high-impact GTM solution strategies.
- Financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource prioritization.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience working with or within global hotel brands, ownership groups, or hospitality management companies.
- Familiarity with hotel operational systems and guest-facing technologies.
- Experience supporting multi-region or global enterprise deployments.
- Certifications or background in enterprise architecture or value engineering are a plus.
