This role is critical to Meters success

The complexion of Meter’s customer base is moving towards multi-location opportunities, including international locations. This shift will continue driving a significant increase in the monthly volume of quote requests, while requiring a more hands-on approach from the team to define and operationalize best practices. To support this growing demand, we are hiring a program manager to oversee the Connect quoting process.

We are looking for someone who is familiar with the telecom and networking landscape, or who has the capacity to learn quickly, so they can confidently consult on serviceability, pricing, and solution recommendations. To succeed in this role, you will need strong customer service skills, with the ability to influence and motivate internal and external stakeholders, including carriers.

We are open to hiring remotely for this role in CST and EST US-based locations.

You will have an impact by

Managing Connect’s quoting process, ensuring every quote request moves through our funnel at the right pace, with the best pricing, and tailored recommendationsPartnering with our offshore Connect Quoting Specialists, Sales, and Operations teams to consult customers on the best connectivity options
Driving down the average turnaround time on standard domestic quotes and complex/multi-location quotes
Measuring and managing SLAs to ensure optimal performance with Connect’s quoting process
Designing and launching a repeatable process for international circuits, including a carrier playbook
Building a multi-location quoting playbook that standardizes structure and serviceability logic for multi-site quoting requests

Compensation

We think about Meters compensation package as a combination of salary, equity, benefits, and the experience of working with a talented team to make the biggest impact of your career.

The estimated salary range for this role is $93,000 - $100,000.
Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Meters equity plan.

The salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the US. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors such as your skills, qualifications and experience.
