<div><span>We are seeking a </span><b>Senior Software Engineer</b><span> to join our growing team focused on developing a no-code/low-code platform using C#, .NET, and modern cloud technologies. This platform empowers domain experts and knowledge workers—particularly in the loan origination space—to build applications and workflows without requiring deep programming knowledge.  In this role, youll design and implement intuitive, scalable, and high-performance tools that simplify the application development process, while maintaining a strong focus on security, maintainability, and user experience. </span></div><div><br /></div><div><b>Key Responsibilities</b>:</div><div><span> </span></div><div><span>- Design, develop, and maintain no-code/low-code software solutions using C# and .NET. </span></div><div><span>- Drive system design and architecture decisions to ensure a performant and scalable enterprise-grade platform. </span></div><div><span>- Build user interfaces and workflows that simplify application development for non-technical users. </span></div><div><span>- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to ensure a smooth, intuitive user experience. </span></div><div><span>- Integrate third-party services and internal systems via RESTful APIs. </span></div><div><span>- Implement and promote security best practices throughout the development lifecycle. </span></div><div><span>- Construct and maintain unit tests, conduct code reviews, and perform thorough debugging to ensure software quality. </span></div><div><span>- Support workflow automation and business rules integration within the platform. </span></div><div><span>- Stay current on trends and emerging technologies in .NET, cloud computing, and no-code development. </span></div><div><br /></div><div><b>Desired Qualifications:</b></div><div><b>- </b> Bachelor’s degree and 6-8 years of related experience or equivalent work experience</div><div><span>- Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core, and either Blazor or Razor, with hands-on experience in full-stack application development. </span></div><div>- <span>Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services. </span></div><div><span>- Solid understanding of cloud environments, preferably Microsoft Azure.</span></div><div>- Proven experience with EF Core and SQL Server for database design and performance tuning. </div><div>-  Knowledge of no-code/low-code architectures, and how to build systems for non-developer users. </div><div>- Experience with workflow automation, rules-based engines, and enterprise SaaS development. </div><div>- Ability to write clean, maintainable, scalable code following best practices.</div><div>- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, agile environment.</div><div>- Experience with AI-assisted development tools (such as GitHub Copilot) or AI integration in development workflows is highly    preferred. </div><div><br /></div><div><b>Bonus Skills</b></div><div>- Familiarity with the loan origination process or financial tech platforms. </div><div>- Experience building developer tools or platforms for technical and non-technical users alike. </div><div>- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and containerized environments. </div><div><br /></div><div>If youre passionate about creating tools that empower users to build and innovate, and you enjoy working at the intersection of UX, scalability, and modern development practices — we’d love to meet you. </div><div><br /></div><div>MeridianLink has a wonderful culture where people value the work they do and appreciate each other for their contributions.
