You have your finger on the pulse of what’s new and trending, plus what will resonate with readers from a commerce perspective. Finally, you are able to write and edit on tight deadlines based on the news and sales cycle and can be flexible when it comes to daily assignments, being able to seamlessly pivot from task to task while still upholding brand style/voice and creating quality content. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary commensurate with experience. Writers must be based in the U.S. and be comfortable working near a Dotdash Meredith office (NYC, Des Moines, LA, Chicago).  About the Role:<ul><li>Pitch and write at least 2 commerce articles per day that generate affiliate revenue</li><li>Identify and carry out commerce content opportunities within the beauty, style, and celebrity categories </li><li>Monitor social media (TikTok, Instagram, etc.) for commerce opportunities including celebrity recommendations and viral products</li><li>Use data and analytics to brainstorm and guide content decisions</li><li>Collaborate closely with numerous writers and editors on the InStyle commerce team along with editors on the InStyle edit team</li><li>Build own content within the CMS</li><li>Attend weekly editorial meetings as needed/determined by manager </li></ul> About The Team: | ____________________________________________________________________________________________The InStyle News &amp; Deals team is looking for a staff writer to write, update, and edit affiliate shopping content in the beauty and style space. Actual pay may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance.
