Monday, Wednesday and Thursday are required in-office days. About the Positions Contributions:<ul><li>Pre to post sale digital campaign management. Act as the subject matter expert for all aspects of your campaigns and embody white glove service as the internal and external point of contact for execution</li><li>Demonstrate a full understanding of account management &amp; media planning; proactively identifies ways to improve campaigns and overall business</li><li>Present performance insights at client meetings and provide actionable recommendations in the pre-sale phase resulting in incremental budgets.</li><li>Proactively identify growth opportunities for pharma/health accounts and overall operations and drive solutions.</li><li>Ensure that the client’s strategy is communicated, understood and worked across all teams to execute against client KPIs.</li><li>Reconcile billing and campaign delivery on a monthly basis with internal and external finance teams.</li><li>Partner with Ad Operations for impeccable order implementation, creative QA, and optimization. Manage performance and pacing through partnership.</li><li>Diligently monitor campaign delivery and performance; identify proactive optimization recommendations to maximize client satisfaction and upsell opportunity</li></ul>Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements:Education:Bachelors Degree PreferredExperience:<ul><li>2-4 years of experience at an advertising agency, publisher or ad tech company. Pharma or Health focused account experience is a plus.</li><li>Demonstrated success at working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment with pre to post sale campaign execution.</li></ul>Specific Knowledge, Skills, Certifications and Abilities:<ul><li>Strong understanding of GAM, Microsoft Office, Salesforce</li><li>Familiarity with comScore, IAS, DV, Crossix and IQVIA</li><li>Motivated problem solver who will proactively troubleshoot and create solutions. Actual pay may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance.
