You will utilize your HR expertise to develop strong relationships with site leaders to drive business results. This role is a direct manufacturing site support role located onsite in our Billerica, MA or Danvers, MA facility.   As a key leader in the manufacturing site leadership team, you will be integral to the overall success of the site to include not just people metrics, but also safety, quality, service and cost. Experience in Medical device, Technology, Healthcare, or Consumer Product (i.e., Amazon) industry a plus.</li><li>Strong understanding of talent management, development, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness best practices.</li><li>Results orientation –meet goals consistently and go beyond them.
