In this exciting role as the Sr Software Engineer, you will be responsible for full stack development of medical device software.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. Designs, develops, tests, debugs and implements operating systems components, software tools and utilities. Determines systems software design requirements. Ensures that system improvements are successfully implemented and monitored to increase efficiency. Generates systems software engineering policies, standards and procedures. May work across a variety of software lifecycle activities as determined by program needs.
Work with key stakeholders to define the product design
Develop medical device user interfaces
Develop / adapt backend services to work with medical device user interfaces
Elicit stakeholder feedback on product design
Must Have
To be considered for this role, please ensure the minimum requirements are evident on your resume.
Requires a Baccalaureate degree in a technically related field
minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
Nice to Have (Preferred Qualifications)
At least 5 years of experience using React to develop medical device user interfaces
At least 2 years of experience using Rust to develop medical device backend services
At least 5 years of experience working in an IEC62304 compliant software development process
Experience with Azure DevOps
Experience working with a project mix
