Youll be instrumental in shaping the market for products of the CST portfolio Neurosurgery, connecting surgeons with the tools they need to achieve better patient outcomes.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:<ul><li>Strategic Planning &amp; Market Analysis: Market Strategy Development: Support the design and implementation of strategic marketing plans to support the growth and adoption of the Neurosurgery product portfolio.</li></ul><ul><li>New Product Introduction (NPI): Lead and coordinate the end-to-end execution of new product launches and emerging indications within the cranial and spinal procedural spaces.</li></ul><ul><li>Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop comprehensive launch plans by country, including internal readiness, external communications, inventory allocation, and pricing structure implementation.</li></ul><ul><li>Training and Education: coordinate, support and monitor the implementation of sales and surgeons training programs on new and existing products and procedures, often collaborating on medical education team.</li></ul><ul><li>Event and Campaign Execution: Coordinate and manage trade show activities LATAM, global society events, and locally hosted customer programs to maximize visibility and lead generation.</li></ul><ul><li>Content Development: Lead the development, updating, and enhancement of creative brand messaging and marketing collateral (print materials, digital assets, presentations, white papers) that align with regulatory and clinical standards.</li></ul><ul><li>Integrated Campaign Execution: Support the execution of integrated marketing plans, including ideating and initiating paid social media campaigns, managing website content development, and utilizing digital tools for tracking and promotions.</li></ul>Required Knowledge and Experience:<ul><li>Computer, Industrial or Biomedical engineer or professional in health care careers with magister in marketing.</li><li>At least 3 years of experience working in sales/marketing in multinational or huge companies preferably witch support to global teams.</li><li>Native Spanish and fluent English, nice to have Portuguese</li><li>Nice to have knowledge at Power BI, excel, PP, AI, sales force.</li><li>Willing to travel Latam and USA, Visa for USA available.</li></ul>Physical Job Requirements The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position. <h1>Benefits &amp; Compensation</h1>Medtronic offers a competitive Salary and flexible Benefits Package A commitment to our employees lives at the core of our values.
