This position is an exciting opportunity to work with Medtronics Diabetes business. As a separate entity, we anticipate leveraging increased investments to drive meaningful innovation and enhance our impact on patient care.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.Stakeholder &amp; Executive Engagement<ul><li>Serve as the primary Point of contact between business leadership, process owners, and the RPA Team.</li><li>Lead executive discussions to capture strategic goals, define automation priorities, and communicate progress.</li><li>Present automation outcomes, ROI metrics, and value realization dashboards to C-suite and functional leaders.</li><li>Manage expectations, change impacts, and adoption plans for automation initiatives.</li></ul>Process Discovery &amp; Requirement Gathering<ul><li>Conduct process assessments and workshops with SMEs to identify automation opportunities and help execute on these opportunities.</li><li>Create Process Design Documents (PDDs) capturing detailed business logic, decision points, exceptions, and metrics.</li><li>Collaborate with Solution Architects and Developers to translate requirements into Solution Design Documents (SDDs).</li><li>Validate feasibility and alignment with UiPath platform capabilities (Studio, Orchestrator, AI Center, Document Understanding).</li></ul>Technical &amp; Functional Expertise<ul><li>Demonstrate hands-on UiPath experience — able to validate workflows, identify reusable components, and understand orchestrator triggers and queues.</li><li>Partner with developers to design optimized, modular solutions that ensure maintainability and scalability.</li><li>Support testing (UAT, regression) and coordinate sign-offs from business users.</li><li>Troubleshoot functional issues, working with technical teams to ensure smooth deployments.</li></ul>  Governance &amp; Value Tracking<ul><li>Work with internal team and Business leadership to define KPIs, ROI frameworks, and success criteria.</li><li>Maintain intake pipeline dashboards, ensuring transparency on prioritization and delivery.</li><li>Document lessons learned, best practices, and reusable automation frameworks.</li><li>Support compliance with RPA governance, security, and audit standards.</li></ul>Required Knowledge and Experience:  Requires 7+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 5+ years of experience with an advanced degree or 12+ years of experience with a High School Diploma or equivalent.Nice to Haves:<ul><li>Strong communication &amp; executive presence — able to influence senior leaders and articulate complex ideas clearly.</li><li>Business process reengineering mindset; skilled in Lean/Six Sigma or similar methodologies.</li><li>Technical proficiency in UiPath — Studio, Orchestrator, Queues, REFramework, and AI Center (preferred).</li><li>Analytical mindset — experienced in cost-benefit analysis, process KPIs, and business case creation.</li><li>Documentation excellence — expert in PDD, SDD, and functional requirements.</li><li>Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with IT, business, and governance teams.</li><li>Working experience in business analysis and/or solution design roles for RPA Automation area.</li><li>3+ years in RPA / Intelligent Automation, with UiPath.</li><li>Hands on experience for UIPath for 3+ years.</li><li>Exposure to Finance, Supply Chain, Quality, HR, or Customer Service functions.</li><li>UiPath Certifications: UiPath Business Analyst, UiPath RPA Associate / Advanced Developer (preferred).</li><li>Experience in Agentic AI is a plus.</li></ul>Physical Job RequirementsThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position. The physical demands described within the Responsibilities section of this job description are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
