Join us for a career in sales that changes lives. A Day in the Life The Hernia Specialist is responsible for driving clinical and procedural excellence in hernia disease management to achieve above-market growth in the assigned territory. This role involves developing strategic account plans, fostering key customer relationships, executing robotic integration initiatives, and leveraging sales, education, and program initiatives to accelerate procedural adoption and market conversion. Territory: Las VegasJob Responsibilities:  <ul><li>Develop Strong Portfolio and Hernia Procedural Expertise </li><li>Build clinical and procedural excellence to drive above-market growth. </li><li>Create and execute targeted strategies to increase hernia market share. </li><li>Utilize the Fragment, Expand, &amp; Standardize (FES) model to convert accounts. </li><li>Customer Engagement and Relationship Management: </li><li>Strengthen partnerships with key stakeholders in hernia disease management. </li><li>Engage customers to improve patient outcomes and procedural adoption. </li><li>Drive Robotic Integration and Adoption </li><li>Lead efforts to integrate robotic surgery into hernia procedures. </li><li>Position the hernia portfolio as the key solution for robotic-assisted surgery. </li><li>Utilize advanced selling tools, disease state education, and innovative solutions to drive new business. </li><li>Implement market development programs, therapy awareness initiatives, Pace programs, training, and simulation labs to accelerate procedural adoption. </li></ul>Key Performance Metrics: <ul><li>Achieve/exceed quota. </li><li>Execute new product launches. </li><li>Effective forecasting and opportunity management. </li></ul>Bag Alignment &amp; Territory Focus: <ul><li>Hernia portfolio, including Transorb™ (TSB1510, TSB2020, TSB3030, TSB4030), MaxTack™ (MAXTACK30), and Hernia Mechanical. </li><li>Core Bucket Products: All other mesh and dissection balloons. </li><li>Territory Alignment: District level, aligned customers performing hernia and abdominal wall reconstruction procedures. </li></ul>Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. Must Have: Minimum Requirements <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree </li></ul><ul><li>Minimum of 2 years of sales experience   </li></ul><ul><li>Field-based role that requires 50% travel within the territory </li></ul>Nice to Have <ul><li>2 years of a proven track record in sales, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry. </li><li>Strong understanding of clinical environments and the ability to effectively communicate complex product information. </li><li>Experience in building and managing key customer relationships with decision-makers in both clinical and administrative roles. </li><li>Ability to develop and execute strategic business plans that drive growth and improve market share. </li><li>Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills. </li><li>Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., SF.com), forecasting, and Microsoft Office Suite. </li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. </li></ul>Physical Job Requirements The physical demands described within the Responsibilities section of this job description are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
