Assist with any escalations or cases related to GLNs. This candidate will also be cross trained in other areas of our 3PL customer team, such as creating/maintaining high profile customer accounts, maintaining pricing on customer accounts and quality checking that the information the team is entering in the system is accurate. Job Responsibilities: • Collaborates with other departments to identify opportunities for process improvement. • Performs simple data analysis for cross BU work. • Prepares reports for stakeholders. • Works with stakeholders to setup new customer accounts or make changes to existing accounts. • Other duties as assigned.
