The goal is to maximize trailer utilization, maintain service levels, and execute redistribution strategies aligned with organizational targets.</p><h3></h3><h3><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></h3><ul><li>Establish inventory parameters to maintain service levels and balanced inventory.</li><li>Implement network fulfillment strategies that align purchasing constraints, inventory limits, and customer order fulfillment.</li><li>Create and maintain Purchase Orders and Sales Orders across multiple ERP/MRP systems for shipments between regional and forward distribution centers.</li><li>Plan and schedule shipments from Regional Distribution Centers.</li><li>Manage administrative processes to support redistribution activities.</li><li>Track and manage projects to ensure customer fill rates during events or projects.</li><li>Audit and train on assigned processes spanning multiple analysts.</li><li>Analyze inventory levels daily, identify shortages, and generate reports explaining variances.</li><li>Maintain warehouse management systems and ensure data accuracy.</li></ul><h3></h3><h3><b>Minimum Requirements:</b></h3><ul><li><b>Experience:</b> 2+ years in inventory management, supply chain, or forecasting.</li><li><b>Education:</b> Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.</li></ul><h3></h3><h3><b>Critical Skills:</b></h3><ul><li>Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Access, Outlook).</li><li>Experience with ERP/MRP systems.</li></ul><h3><b>Additional Knowledge &amp; Skills:</b></h3><ul><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.</li><li>Knowledge of inventory policies, practices, and systems.</li><li>Attention to detail and ability to manage globally sourced inventory.</li><li><b>Global inventory experience is a plus.</b></li></ul><h3></h3><h3><b>Role Highlights:</b></h3><ul><li>Daily buying responsibilities.</li><li>Analyze inventory across regional and smaller warehouses.</li><li>Maintain healthy inventory levels and investigate shortages.</li><li>Ensure accurate data management within warehouse systems.</li></ul><p></p><p>We are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson as part of our Total Rewards.
