This entry-level role supports the Global Payroll department by analyzing payroll data, developing dashboards/reporting, and providing insights that improve accuracy, compliance, and decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a passion for problem-solving, and an interest in payroll operations, data visualization, and business intelligence tools.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and maintain payroll dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track payroll trends, anomalies, and workforce analytics.</li><li>Collect, clean, and analyze payroll data to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness of payroll processing.</li><li>Build and maintain pipelines for payroll data extraction and transformation</li><li>Translate data into actionable insights for business stakeholders</li><li>Ensure data accuracy and integrity in reports and dashboards</li><li>As needed, work cross functionally on ad-hoc data related requests</li></ul>Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field;typically requires 2–3 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, ora related fieldRequired Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas) required</li><li>Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar)</li><li>Basic knowledge of SQL or data querying/manipulation preferred</li><li>Exposure to scripting languages (e.g., Python, R) for data analysis</li><li>Strong communication &amp; collaboration skills with the ability to present data insights clearly</li><li>Familiarity with enterprise systems/platforms &amp; data for such as Workday, ADP, SAP and Service Now</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines</li></ul>We are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson as part of our Total Rewards.
