We are seeking a highly skilled individual with an operations mindset to work with our delivery team in bringing value to our customers.  Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist with the delivery and support of new and current with a keen sense for making things fast and efficient.</li><li>Own the operations processes and supporting activities for the delivery team. </li><li>Assist with completion of security and monitoring activities; SOC 2, observability</li><li>Help our clients and the account management team solve tough problems. </li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve incidents for clients</li><li>Create reporting for internal and external delivery</li><li>Provides detailed analysis for the largest, most complex opportunities</li><li>Works on extremely challenging problems where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangible factors (e.g., new software/programs not used previously, influences decisions made on technologies and frameworks</li></ul>Minimum Requirement:<ul><li>Degree or equivalent and typically requires 10+ years of relevant experience. Less years required if has relevant Master’s or Doctorate qualifications.</li></ul>Critical Skills:<ul><li>10+ years experience in support, research, reporting and analysis in a modern development environment.</li><li>Experience with SQL and capability to develop in the C#, ASP.NET MVC frameworks for development support needs.</li><li>Deep understanding of distributed software systems. </li><li>Passion for learning the latest technologies with a track record of constantly expanding your expertise. </li><li>Desire and ability to make entrepreneurial decisions. We’re looking for creative thinkers who enjoy being a part of the solution.</li><li>Healthcare or pharmacy domain experience is a plus </li><li>Travel up to 20%.</li></ul>We are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson as part of our Total Rewards. This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKessons pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
