In this hybrid role, you will be instrumental in driving sales growth by developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing key accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your primary goal will be to exceed gross profit and revenue targets by expanding your assigned territory, maximizing revenue, and increasing profitability.<h2>What You’ll Do</h2><ul><li>Achieve Gross Profit and Revenue goals by monitoring and managing pricing, discounts, and margins to ensure profitability.</li><li>Continuously evaluate and optimize pricing strategies to enhance revenue and market competitiveness.</li><li>Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers to increase customer loyalty and retention.</li><li>Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities by aligning customer needs with product offerings.</li><li>Analyze market and customer trends to identify high-potential accounts for strategic prospecting and conversion.</li><li>Adjust territory sales plans based on market dynamics and evolving customer needs.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing) to ensure seamless order execution and exceptional service.</li><li>Act as a trusted advisor, offering expert guidance on product selection, industry trends, and best practices.</li><li>Gather and communicate customer feedback to drive product and service enhancements.</li><li>Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product knowledge to effectively position McKesson’s offerings.</li><li>Pursue training and development opportunities to enhance sales skills and business acumen.</li><li>Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement within the sales team.</li></ul><h2>What You Bring</h2><ul><li>2+ years of business experience in a Sales environment, with a focus on B2B and/or pharmaceutical sales.</li><li>Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.</li><li>Aggressive self-starter with a passion for sales and the ability to influence decisions over the phone.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills and team orientation, with comfort working across all organizational levels.</li></ul><h2>Minimum Requirements</h2>Degree or equivalent and typically requires 2+ years of relevant experience.<h2>Preferable Skills &amp; Experience</h2><ul><li>Prior clinical trial experience or exposure.</li><li>Sales experience in pharmaceutical, B2B, or distribution environments.</li><li>Experience selling value propositions and technology solutions.</li><li>Territory profitability management experience.</li><li>Experience in team selling or collaborating with sales specialists.</li><li>Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).</li><li>Strong sales analytics capabilities.</li><li>Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.</li><li>Experience presenting to C-suite executives.</li></ul><h2>Working Conditions</h2><ul><li>Majority of time spent performing computer-based work in an office environment.</li><li>Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.</li><li>Physical ability to travel to customer sites, meetings, and company events.</li><li>Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record/MVR.</li><li>Travel: &lt; 20%</li><li>Must live near Irving, Texas.</li><li>Hybrid work environment with regular in-office presence for meetings, training, and customer reviews.</li></ul>We are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson as part of our Total Rewards.
