We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our global team. While youll support hiring across all functions, your main focus will be Go-To-Market roles - especially sales.

Reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition, youll collaborate closely with a supportive team of 4 recruiters based in the UK and India. In this role, you will own the end-to-end recruitment process, focusing on delivering a standout and seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers. As a partner to key stakeholders, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our global hiring aligns with our business goals and growth objectives.

Were looking for someone based on the East Coast (US) whos comfortable hiring across the US and UK. There will be occasional travel required to our Denver, CO based office.

What you will be doing

Talent Attraction, Selection, and Assessment: Source high-quality, diverse candidates using innovative methods and build talent pools through proactive outreach. Develop strong candidate shortlists with an emphasis on skill, diversity, and cultural fit.
Stakeholder Partnership: Work closely with hiring managers, using your expertise to advise, influence, and drive hiring decisions that meet business goals. Provide consistent coaching on hiring best practices to ensure robust and inclusive assessments.
Data-Driven Improvement: Use data and market insights to continually enhance our recruitment processes, candidate experience, and overall talent acquisition strategy.
Candidate Experience: Ensure every interaction leaves a positive impression; champion our company’s values, mission, and culture.
Compliance and Quality Assurance: Maintain integrity and compliance at every step, ensuring all processes adhere to legal and policy standards.

What we are looking for

Proven talent acquisition experience with a strong track record in hiring a broad range of global talent within high growth technology companies. This will include proven experience hiring Go-To-Market talent.
Skilled in sourcing tools, ATS platforms, and proactive talent engagement techniques that secure high-calibre candidates.
Data-driven, with a history of using market insights to shape recruitment strategies and decisions.
An effective communicator who can adapt style and approach to engage different audiences, from hiring managers to potential candidates.
Resilient and results-oriented, with a focus on quality and candidate experience at all stages.
Have the ability to navigate change and guide others through it.
A proactive problem solver with creative solutions for sourcing and engagement challenges.

At Matillion, we are committed to providing competitive compensation in line with market standards based on the role, job family, job level, and country. This exempt role’s estimated annual salaried pay range for this position is $99,200 - $148,800, and the final salary will be based on your relevant skills, experience, and qualifications demonstrated in the hiring process.
