SUMMARY
As a Professional Services Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality consulting services to our customers, helping them maximize the value of our software solutions and achieve their business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, understand customer requirements, and provide expert guidance and recommendations throughout the engagement lifecycle.

RESPONSIBILITIES
•    Lead and deliver professional services engagements, including solution design, business analysis, configuration, customization, testing, and deployment.
•    Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs, requirements, and objectives, and translate them into effective solutions to maximize value to the customer.
•    Manage accounts and projects both from a delivery and value generation perspective as well as an administrative aspect which includes but is not limited to time, budget and resource management.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify customer needs and project requirements, set priorities, and manage project scope.
•    Develop and maintain project documentation, including requirements, design specifications, and technical reports.
•    Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers on our software solutions and industry best practices.
•    Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional products and services, collaborating with sales and account management teams.
•    Contribute to the continuous improvement of our service delivery methodologies, processes, and tools.
•    Stay current with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in the software industry, continuously improving our service offerings and capabilities.
•    Any other duties in line with the role of Professional Services Consultant

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
•    Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related field, or equivalent experince
•    3+ years of experience in solution integration, development, professional services, consulting, or a similar customer-facing role in the software and/or healthcare industry.
•    Strong understanding of software, solutions, implementation principles, and best practices.
•    Logical thinker with excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer relationship management skills.

PREFERRED SKILLS
•    Experience as a hands-on developer
•    Experience with agile methodologies and practices (such as LEAN, Scrum, Kanban)
•    Experience working with quality control, auditing, or control operations
•    Experience working at a medical device manufacturer or pharmaciautical company
•    Experience working with GxP regulations
•    Experience in the software-as-a-service (SaaS) industry or with subscription-based products.
•    Experience with CRM and project management software (e.g., Salesforce, JIRA, Smartsheet).
•    Relevant industry certifications or professional designations.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS
•    Primarily sedentary work with frequent use of computer, keyboard, and mouse.
•    Occasional lifting or moving of computer equipment or other objects up to 25 pounds (11.3 kg) may be required.
•    Standard office environment with potential for remote work and travel to customer sites.
