SUMMARY
As an IT Intern, you will support the IT team with day-to-day operations, troubleshooting, and project support. You’ll gain exposure to a wide range of technologies and help ensure the smooth operation of our hardware, software, and network systems. We work in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment, interfacing regularly with all divisions of the Company.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
• Set up and configure desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
• Support system upgrades, backups, and patch management
• Document IT processes and maintain asset inventory
• Provide technical support to employees (in person or remotely)
• Help with user account management (e.g., Active Directory, Office 365)
• Participate in IT projects such as system migrations or rollouts
• Ability to shift between projects/tasks to keep up with workload.
• Other duties as assigned
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Basic understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and networking
• Familiarity with Windows and/or Mac operating systems
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS
• Ability to operate a computer and work at a desk for extended periods of time
• Lifting and transporting of moderately heavy objects, such as computers and peripherals will at times be required.
• Weekend work will sometimes be required and may happen without notice
