Program Overview (RPPS Platform): RPPS (Remote Payment and Presentment System), is an electronic payment network established in 1987, serves as a central switch for the routing, clearing, and settlement of consumer bill payments between consumer service providers such as financial institutions, walk-in payment providers, and billers or their service providers such as treasury financial institutions or processors in the United States.
