Visit <a href="https://www.masterbrand.com/">www.masterbrand.com</a> to learn more and join us in building great experiences together!</p><h3>Job Description</h3><ul><li>Lead the digitization and automation of finance functions and processes and supporting existing Oracle EBS footprint.</li><li>Work as the primary business liaison between IT and Finance to understand and document business requirements and work with various IT teams to develop and implement solutions.</li><li>Perform as a subject matter expert and a key point of contact for Finance business users.</li><li>Lead requirement gathering for the digitalization and enhancement of the Oracle EBS system within the finance function; including AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets, PA, Capital Projects.</li><li>Work with various technical teams to develop and implement finance solutions within Oracle EBS Version 12.1.3 with an 80/20 split of functional/technical expertise.</li><li>The technical expertise required is integration design and understanding of table structures.</li><li>Work with cross-functional teams across IT to ensure that all processes, procedures, and policies are adhered to for the projects and enhancements assigned.</li><li>Guide the design, development, testing and deployment of new business functionality.</li><li>Provide guidance on how technology solutions could solve business problems and enable new business functionality.</li><li>Coordinate with 3rd party vendors on application support issues, defects and enhancements.</li><li>Ensure end-user support is provided with high degree of quality.</li><li>Lead effort in creative approaches to problem-solving and quality deliverables supporting business needs.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, Employer will accept 3-years of university education in any field plus 3-years of work experience with EBS R12 ERP systems for AP, AR, GL modules and new feature of EBS R12/Fusion Financials)</li><li><p>5 years of experience with EBS R12/Fusion Financials, Fit/Gap Analysis, Oracle EBS Financial Modules, Oracle EBS12.13, Unit testing, Module testing and integration testing.</p></li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>40 hours per week, 8 am – 5 pm</p><p>$117,000 - $130,250/per year</p><p><strong>Equal Employment Opportunity</strong></p><p>MasterBrand Cabinets LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
