Visit <a href="https://www.masterbrand.com">www.masterbrand.com</a> to learn more and join us in building great experiences together!</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>The <strong>Territory Sales Representative</strong> is responsible for promoting and driving the growth of <strong>Diamond</strong> and other <strong>MasterBrand</strong> cabinet lines within Lowe’s home improvement stores. This role focuses on increasing market share by cultivating relationships with in-store designers, providing expert product and sales training, and offering support for computer design programs. We welcome candidates who bring strong potential and are willing to learn; comprehensive training on our products, business model, and tools will be provided. <strong>The territory for this position is South Carolina.</strong></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Grow &amp; maintain MasterBrand sales for Lowe’s home improvement stores in the designated territory.</li><li>Train and become mentors for new Lowe’s in-store designers.</li><li>Build relationships and generate sales from existing in-store designers.</li><li>Assist designers in closing store sales.</li><li>Manage sales visits to each store in the territory every 3-4 weeks.  This requires the ability to travel frequently with some possible overnights to cover the entire territory.</li><li>Facilitate issue resolution for unsatisfied customers.</li><li>Receive product in new stores and existing stores – ability to lift 40 lbs.</li><li>Other duties may be assigned at management’s discretion.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s-level degree in Business Marketing Design or a related field is highly preferred.</li><li>Outgoing driven personality</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills</li><li>Strong written verbal and presentation skills</li><li>Computer skills</li><li>Valid driver’s license in good standing and acceptable driving record</li><li>Kitchen design experience preferred but not required</li><li>20/20 software experience preferred but not required</li><li>Experience with large home centers preferred but not required</li><li>Sales skills and background</li><li>Cabinet industry knowledge preferred but not required</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>Equal Employment Opportunity</strong></p><p>MasterBrand Cabinets LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
