Within 60 days, attain competency &amp; have a good understanding of process and systems &amp; finally within 90 days be able to handle the claim processing with limited support</li></ul>We will count on you to:<ul><li>Client Service Management:</li></ul><ul><li>Processing and Submission of First Notice of Loss to the Carriers. Monitoring and filing responses from Carriers and following up as necessary</li><li>Liaison with Carriers &amp; Internal Stakeholders</li><li>Liaise with Advocacy team to resolve all queries in order to send out the FNOL within stipulated timelines</li><li>Provide ideas and suggestions for improving working methods taking into account client and member experience, where appropriate implement and document to line manager for adoption across the business.  </li></ul><ul><li>Compliance, Regulatory and Procedural Responsibilities</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure that all statutory regulations and company procedures are followed to protect clients, colleagues and the business interest of the company</li><li>Appropriate usage of Marsh Specialitys systems to monitor, record and retain information</li><li>Demonstrate clear understanding of regulatory requirements</li><li>Proactively ensures compliance with regulatory and risks framework</li><li>Adheres to policies, guidelines and operating procedures</li><li>Keeps own knowledge and expertise up to date and relevant</li><li>Identifies and evaluates risks appropriately.
