This role will be based in London. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.</p><p></p><p><b>Senior Manager, Global Compensation </b></p><ul><li>The Senior Manager, Global Compensation helps shape and drive enterprise-wide rewards strategies, programs and initiatives by leading workstreams and collaborating across the broader Compensation and People Experience function. The role will be a part of the Compensation CoE’s leadership team and report to the Marsh McLennan Global Compensation Leader.</li><li>The Compensation COE forms part of the People Experience team. The People Experience team identifies, develops and delivers solutions, and is comprised of ten centers of expertise — Impact, Leadership, Culture, Career, Compensation, Benefits &amp; Mobility, Talent Acquisition, Workforce Planning, Employee Relations and HR Services.
