Youll also assist Producers in the acquisition and retention of business.Our future colleague.We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:<ul><li>Bachelors Degree</li><li>Five years of experience in a risk management consulting position either in private industry or Insurance company capacity or equivalent education and related training</li><li>Effective verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Ability to travel in assigned territory including overnight on a regular basis</li><li>Problem solving ability and negotiating skills working with senior level client staff</li><li>Above average interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to work in a team-based environment</li><li>Goal and result orientated</li><li>Ability to complete assigned tasks with minimum supervision</li></ul>These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:<ul><li>Associate in Risk Management (ARM); Associate Safety Professional (ASP); Certified Safety Professional (CSP); Certified Fire Protection Specialist (CFPS) or other nationally recognized safety certification</li><li>Experience in multi-line coverage and target industry business groups as defined by McGriff marketing department</li><li>Experience using RMIS systems and databases</li></ul>We know there are excellent candidates who might not check all of these boxes. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
