Job Overview:
This role will be responsible for the management of the global Partner Review Committee (PRC) which is responsible for the Principal to Partner promotion process. The role will also support the Learning & Development team with developing the Principal and Partner curriculum.
This is a hybrid role that requires 3 days per week in our midtown NYC office. There is no option to be fully remote.
Key Responsibilities:
Global PRC Process
Lead the end-to-end PRC process by collaborating closely with the Global PRC Chair and regional PRC Chairs to guide them through process requirements and timelines.
Manage communications and action items across all regions, coordinating with regional PRC Chairs and committees.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all PRC-related queries, working in partnership with Partner Talent Managers (PTMs) to coordinate processes and collect all necessary PRC documentation.
Produce, compile, and manage all PRC documentation.
Manage the global PRC Partner Survey and analysis of results.
Organize and coordinate regional roundtable presentations, managing logistics and candidate communications.
Run the global PRC roundtable surveys and manage output
Manage PRC voting processes, record results, and conduct statistical analysis.
Coordinate candidate notifications, ensuring feedback meetings take place in strict adherence to timelines
Collaborate with the PRC Chairs, Communications Team, and Regional Heads to develop and deliver firm-wide communications.
Review the process on an annual basis and agree changes and enhancements with PRC Chairs.
Data Analysis
Conduct historical analysis of promotions to identify trends, evaluate partner productivity post-promotion, and uncover patterns linked to successful outcomes.
Analyze reasons for unsuccessful nominations and recommend actionable insights to improve firm processes.
Support regions in standardizing and enhancing nomination procedures by sharing best practices and providing oversight prior to Global PRC.
Advise regions on partner affordability and pyramid structure ahead of Regional and Global PRC cycles.
Explore and implement AI tools to streamline workflows, enhance analysis, and improve the nomination process.
Perform retrospective case analyses to extract learnings for future PRC discussions.
Track PRC cases during the first two years post-promotion, collaborating with the Regional Partner Talent Managers to establish a standardized monitoring process.
Learning & Development
Provide support in delivering across all solutions, whether it’s classroom training, digital learning, or follow-up support, offering key guidance and helping resolve any delivery-related questions.
Comprehensive understanding of portfolio learning products with the ability to upskill delivery team on program specifics and collaborating effectively with the wider team to balance delivery excellence and efficiency.
Oversight of program delivery budgets, providing guidance, addressing financial queries and discrepancies effectively.
Oversight of program documentation to ensure it is current, high-quality, and error-free.
Experience Required:
6+ years of experience in professional services (preferably consulting)
Experience balancing ever‐changing work demands in a challenging, international environment with numerous stakeholders to satisfy
Capabilities in cross-regional coordination and stakeholder management
Proven ability to foster relationships at all levels of the organization
Experience in strategic analytics and reporting within a complex environment
Experience working with senior stakeholders at the Partner level
Communication and change management
Technology adoption for process enhancement
Technical Skills:
Strong PowerPoint, Word and Outlook skills
Skilled in data analysis
Intermediate Excel skills
Comfort using gen AI to support research and analysis

The applicable base salary range for this role is $90,000 to $140,000.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
