This role will be based in Singapore or Hong Kong. <span>This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.</span></p><p></p><p>Marsh Advisory can help your organization apply an integrated approach to identifying and assessing business-critical risks, evaluating existing risk management infrastructure elements, and constructing continuous, in-depth enterprise risk management processes.</p><p>Risk Consultants advise client companies on risk management strategies, use data to help them to optimize their risk profiles, and recommend plans to monitor and mitigate their risk exposure.</p><p>Marsh Risk Advisory is seeking a strong candidate to advise our clients on their risk management journey and build our growing practice. We do not micromanage, and we actively encourage innovation and new perspectives.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><u>We will count on you to:</u></b></p><ul><li>Play a senior role in project teams, lead and manage client facing Enterprise Risk Management projects; this will include conducting client interviews, running workshops or webinars, and delivering presentations.</li><li>Creates presentations/slides and other communications of high complexity and extracts and summarizes key insights for presentations/communications that drive internal and client meetings</li><li>Proactively collaborate with key client stakeholders to assess their risk and resilience requirements and develop tailored solutions.</li><li>Provide coaching to junior consultants, and prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing findings, recommendations, and action plans.</li><li>Stay current on best practices in Enterprise Risk Management and contribute to the development of new products and offerings.</li><li>Lead on the development of commercial activities including proposals and RFP responses.</li><li>Support on business development activities by staying present on key trends in client industries and conducting research on potential risk exposures.</li><li>Make recommendations on design of research &amp; analysis plan, manages research, data collection and documentation and conducts research &amp; analysis of client’s risks providing guidance to clients</li><li>Creates presentations/slides and other communications of high complexity and extracts and summarizes key insights for presentations/communications that drive internal and client meetings</li><li>Advises clients in developing and adjusting project approaches, methodology, and tools to support risk programs and initiatives</li><li>Builds and nurtures successful business/working relationships with clients to grow books</li></ul><p></p><p><b><u>What you need to have:</u></b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent</li><li>At least 5 years of relevant working experience in consulting with a focus on enterprise risk management, risk identification and assessment, risk assurance and control testing</li><li>Prior experience at a consulting firm or insurance broker preferred</li><li>Knowledge of clients industry, broad knowledge of insurance and knowledge of the range of Marsh resources</li><li>Strong project management experience</li><li>Strong core consulting skillset e.g. analysis, risk management roadmap and implementation, written and verbal communication</li></ul><p></p><p><b><u>What makes you stand out?</u></b></p><ul><li>Relevant risk management experience with ISO30001 or COSO ERM framework</li><li>Ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at different levels</li><li>Experience working in multiple industries and working in other Asian nations</li><li>Fluency or working proficiency in both Mandarin and English, Cantonese is a plus</li></ul><p></p><p><u><b>Why join our team: </b></u></p><ul><li>We help you be your best through professional development opportunities, interesting work and supportive leaders.</li><li>We foster a vibrant and inclusive culture where you can work with talented colleagues to create new solutions and have impact for colleagues, clients and communities.</li><li>Our scale enables us to provide a range of career opportunities, as well as benefits and rewards to enhance your well-being.</li></ul><p></p><p></p>Marsh, a business of Marsh McLennan (NYSE: MMC), is the world’s top insurance broker and risk advisor.
