Also helping the accounting employees with prior authorization from Complex Director of Finance.   <div> Candidate Profile </div>   Experience College graduate   Skills and Knowledge Leadership skills English language Training and willing to help continue the success of the property   Business Results Balanced Scorecard Results: Supports strategies and conducts activities to drive financial results, guest satisfaction, associate satisfaction and market share.Main Responsibilities   <ul> <li>Responsible for correspondence, filing and written work. </li> <li>Keeping inventory of office supplies </li> <li>Cashier witness duty when requested. </li> <li>Month inventory witness sheet. </li> <li>Taking care of office equipment including supply and maintenance.</li> <li>General typing requirements.</li> <li>Postage and records for postage of other departments and preparation of a monthly statement per department. </li> <li>Keep all information confidential and in order.</li> <li>Maintain a trace file.</li> <li>Route all incoming and outgoing mail. </li> <li>Perform other duties as directed by the account supervisor. </li> <li>Participate in the quality improvement process. </li> <li>Maintain a close relationship with other department heads. </li> <li>Keep in close contact with the personnel department </li> <li>Undertake finance functions independently upon completion of assigned trainings so as to replace FTEs temporarily such as annual vacation etc… </li> </ul>  TRAINING                          All statutory Marriott training schemes.                 Including: Orientation, Passport to Success, Telephone etiquette, Problem Free Stay, Grooming, 100% Leaders  WORKING CONDITIONS   All Uniformed Associates are provided with a Marriott Uniform.   All associates are expected to wear the correct uniform, and their name badge at all times.
