We are expanding our sales team and hiring experienced Strategic Account Executives who are excited to modernize public safety operations with cloud-based technology. If you thrive in enterprise SaaS sales, know how to navigate government procurement, and are motivated by the opportunity to impact communities through technology, this role is for you.   What You Will Do <ul> <li>Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution, including discovery, sales cycle management, and negotiation.</li> <li>Partner with Business Development, Marketing, and Solutions Engineers to identify opportunities and advance them through the pipeline.</li> <li>Build and maintain strong relationships with public safety leaders, including both state and local agencies.</li> <li>Create and execute territory plans to drive pipeline growth and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.</li> <li>Navigate public procurement processes with precision and ensure progress is communicated clearly to all stakeholders.</li> <li>Expand your network by attending industry conferences, trade shows, and regional events to generate leads and raise awareness of Mark43.</li> <li>Maintain accurate records of activity, forecasts, and deal stages in Salesforce or other CRM platforms.</li> <li>Share insights from the field with internal teams to influence sales strategy and product priorities.</li> </ul>   What You Will Bring <ul> <li>A genuine passion for serving law enforcement, first responders, and the broader government technology mission.</li> <li>4 to 8 years of enterprise SaaS sales experience with a consistent record of exceeding quota.</li> <li>Background selling into government or public safety agencies.
