WHO WERE LOOKING FOR 🌟 We’re looking for an experienced Team Lead with a strong background in iOS or Android development to lead a cross-functional mobile team of iOS, Android, and Backend engineers. This is a key leadership role where youll influence both the technical direction and the people behind it. You’ll act as a role model, mentor, and coach — someone who thrives on growing others while driving impact through strong technical guidance. As the Mobile Team Lead, you’ll work closely with the Head of Mobile and cross-functional partners in product and design to deliver high-quality features and support the long-term evolution of our mobile platform. You’ll participate in team planning, contribute to hiring and onboarding, and ensure your team remains healthy, motivated, and aligned with Manychat’s goals.
