This is a highly visible, collaborative position with responsibility for the technical aspects of closing sales opportunities each quarter, it is our mission to educate and convince the prospects (Pre-sales) and customers (Post-sales) about the technical and business value Make provides. As technical experts in a customer-facing role, Value Engineers are the Swiss Army knife in Make’s organization with close ties between various departments. You’ll be joining the Global Go to Market Leadership team reporting directly to the Global Head of Value Engineering and partnering with the local regional Sales Director on a daily basis. Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Responsible for Managing Pre and Post sales activities on a given territory from helping to win new customers to ensuring they have the right support for post sales adoption paving the way for future expansion activities.</li> <li>Build and manage a world class regional Value Engineering Team </li> <li>Set foundation for effective growth by establishing Value Engineering Best practices, processes and proof of value frameworks</li> <li>Gather and standardize use cases, sales assets and value workshops that can be leveraged during the end to end customer journey and Go to Market team in the sales cycle</li> <li>Work closely with stakeholders from, Sales, Partner Management, Marketing, Product, Go-to-Market Strategy to share feedback and content.</li> <li>Directly collaborate with Regional Sales Director to define the right deal strategy &amp; approach in order to grow the value of customers on Make</li> <li>Responsible for regional pre and post sales forecasting calls to act as a sparring partner for the sales directors. </li> <li>Responsible for managing the regional KPIs and Goal Setting of the ICs within the region in line with the Global Targets.</li> <li>Successfully manage and execute technical workshops and proof of concepts (POCs) in prospects and existing customers.</li> <li>Ensure the senior management is aware of both the challenges facing the team and their successes and propose creative solutions.</li> <li>Responsible for setting the goals of the team and monitoring performance - coaching team to success. </li> <li>Own the Go to market team responsibility for the technical and value proof in the sales cycle and post sales adoption and expansion.</li> </ul> Requirements: <ul> <li>100% motivation and entrepreneurial, change mindset.</li> <li>Applies “High Agency” and inspires others to do the same.</li> <li>3+ years experience in building teams of up to 8 ICs, nurturing and managing a high performing VE team in both Pre and Post Sales roles.</li> <li>Proven Leadership skills and the ability to inspire.</li> <li>Passion for the topics of AI and API led automation and no code</li> <li>Excellent presentation skills and comfortability working with various stakeholders (internal and external)</li> <li>Interest in opportunities to think outside the box and a wish to continuously broaden your knowledge despite steep learning curves</li> <li>Relevant work experience (5+ years) in the area of pre-sales &amp; post-sales in a SaaS/iPaas/Automation application organization at an Enterprise Account level or Digital Natives  Deep understanding of consumption-based business is a plus</li> <li>Fluency in English (all other languages are a plus!)</li> </ul> Skills: <ul> <li>Strategic and Enterprise Account Planning and coaching of others.</li> <li>Confident in sharing knowledge to a highly skilled and experienced audience and presenting to a large range of audiences including experts in the field.</li> <li>Ability to learn new concepts, technologies and solve problems</li> <li>Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to convey and relate ideas to others and work collaboratively to get things done.</li> <li>Excellent presentation skills and composure in front of all levels of technical and business audiences</li> <li>Ability to lead architectural discussions</li> <li>Experience of using Situational Leadership is a plus.</li> <li>A passion for technology and translating that passion into business impact for customers</li> <li>Excellent verbal communication, written communication, and presentation skills in front of all audiences.</li> <li>Ability working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment flexible hours throughout the sales territory</li> </ul> What we offer: <ul> <li>RSUs grant in a rapidly growing company raising its value every day</li> <li>Multinational team creating the future of automation</li> <li>Investment in your personal growth and skill development (clear career paths, internal mobility opportunities, mentorships, yearly development stipend)</li> <li>Great compensation and benefits packages which vary depending on location including; RSU options, healthcare cover, generous time off, meal tickets, travel cards,  parental leave, and much more)</li> <li>Work from home support (mindfulness tools, virtual events and workshops)</li> <li>An open-minded culture with innovative, autonomous teams</li> <li>Employee resource communities to help you feel connected, valued and seen.</li> </ul> If you see a match, let us know and apply now!
