Key Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Own key Analytics areas: Take full ownership of key analytics functions, developing and executing a roadmap that aligns with the company’s vision and strategic objectives. These areas may include: SaaS customer lifecycle analytics, A/B experiments to improve customer experience, product analytics, forecasting, performance reporting, and automation of key analytical processes and reporting for scalability and efficiency.</li> <li>Build Dashboards &amp; Reporting: Design and build intuitive dashboards to provide clarity and actionable product insights, bringing transparency to performance metrics, conversion rates, and customer health.</li> <li>Data-Driven Insights: Leverage your analytical skills to generate insights that inform and shape our product and commercial strategies, driving key decision-making across the business. </li> <li>Collaborate with Stakeholders: Partner with cross-functional teams, including Growth, Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations to align analytics with business goals. You will be a key contributor to strategic and operational discussions and initiatives.</li> <li>Project Management: Lead and manage analytics projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business needs.
