Reporting to our Director of Business Development, the Business Development Manager will be responsible for hiring, training and building a team of successful Business Development Representatives for our Enterprise segment, in the Montreal or Raleigh area and remotely. What you’ll do: <ul> <li>Recruit, hire and develop world-class BDR talent.</li> <li>Understand and solve customer pain points through MaintainX’s unique value proposition.</li> <li>Embrace selling a disruptive technology to key decision-makers in an organization.</li> <li>Coach and motivate the team to overachieve on targets.</li> <li>Build development plans for each BDR.</li> <li>Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Demand Generation, and other departments.</li> <li>Drive new processes and programs to increase outcomes of the team with regards to revenue, pipeline generation and development.
