The successful candidate will be driven, put the customer first and is a “people person” who derives their energy from creating successful relationships.</div><h3>What You Will Accomplish</h3><ul><li>Support the sales team by performing administrative duties.</li><li>Opportunity management, creation of sales quotes and entering purchase orders as needed for the sales team.</li><li>Collaborate with sales enablement and revenue operations on required sales analytics and reports from Salesforce.</li><li>Uphold complete and accurate records of all customer activities in our CRM system. </li><li>Prepare required sales literature to facilitate the selling process.</li><li>Liaise with legal, finance or channel account team for any license and channel partner agreement modifications.</li><li>Work with Operations teams to ensure products and services are efficiently delivered.</li><li>Tender / Framework response preparation and administration.</li><li>Event/conference preparation and co-ordination.</li><li>Assist with driving attendance to Magnet led events and workshops.</li><li>Coordinate resources, schedules and timelines for assigned projects.</li><li>Promote positive working relationships with all internal and external customers.</li></ul><h3>What We Are Looking For</h3><ul><li>We’re looking for someone who checks off most, but not all, of the boxes listed in “skills and experiences”. It’s more important to us to find candidates who can display indicators of success through skills they have developed and experiences they have been a part of, than to find folks who have ‘been there, done that”.
